At AZ Kidz Healthy Smiles Foundation, we focus on preventive dental care, but we understand that some children may need further restorative treatments or ongoing dental care beyond what we provide. For cases that require fillings, extractions, or more advanced dental procedures, we refer children to trusted local dentists to address their restorative needs.
We work closely with community dentists who are passionate about helping underserved populations and are committed to providing affordable, quality care. Our goal is to help establish a dental home for each child—a place where they can receive continuous, comprehensive dental care. This is especially important for children in foster care, who often lack stable healthcare providers. By connecting them with a local dentist, we ensure they have access to long-term care and support their overall oral health well into the future.

At AZ Kidz Healthy Smiles Foundation, our mission extends beyond providing preventive dental care. We are dedicated to empowering families/parents / foster parents/daycare providers/ care givers with the knowledge they need to maintain good oral health. Our education workshops are designed specifically for parents and children, focusing on practical oral hygiene techniques, the importance of regular dental visits, and tips for healthy nutrition that supports dental health.
What We Offer:
Workshops for Parents: Learn how to support your child’s oral health at home with tips on brushing, flossing, and making healthy dietary choices.
Workshops for Children: These fun, interactive sessions are designed to teach kids the basics of oral hygiene. Through games, activities, and hands-on demonstrations, children will learn how to brush and floss correctly and understand the importance of caring for their teeth.
Special Topics: Topics include cavity prevention, understanding fluoride, and managing dental anxiety. We also provide personalized guidance for parents of children with special needs.
